Joel, along with his wife Savannah, are the Pastors at Citipointe Church. Citipointe is a global church family led by Ps Mark and Leigh Ramsey of 10 churches in 4 nations. The USA, Australia, New Zealand, and Bulgaria. We are real people, in pursuit of a real God who has real answers. We want to walk alongside people when the days are glorious and the nights are bleak, as well as everything in between. Whoever you are and wherever you’re from, come as you are.

Joel is a speaker and minister and has preached the Gospel across many different denominations in over 26 nations worldwide. He is a passionate preacher with a devotion to the word of God, a passion for the lost, and a heart to see the church of Jesus Christ empowered to walk in her full potential. He is a revivalist and has a significant emphasis on God's supernatural power to transform people's lives and see people set free and live free.
